Your Enconvo account holds your plan, your Cloud points, and the Macs that use them. You sign in on Settings → Account. The pages under it in the Settings sidebar cover Teams, Sync, Points Usage, Usage Statistics, Invite Friends, and Redeem Code.
An Enconvo account, a provider API key, and a provider subscription sign-in are separate connections. Requests with your own API key use the provider account’s billing and limits. Subscription sign-ins show their own usage on the provider’s Settings page, separate from Enconvo Cloud points. See Credentials.

  1. Open Settings → Account.
  2. Click Log In, or Sign Up to create an account.
  3. Finish signing in in your browser. Enconvo brings you back.
  4. Profile shows the name and email you’re signed in with.
To sign out, click Log out at the bottom of the page.

Check your plan and points

Settings → Account shows what your account has: At the bottom, Manage billing opens your billing details in the browser. While a lifetime purchase can still be refunded, Request refund appears there too. A refund returns the account to the free plan and reverses its bonus points.

Devices

Each plan covers a set number of Macs, and Devices shows how many you use. When you reach the limit, the page says Device limit reached and this Mac can’t run commands. Click Manage devices, remove a Mac you no longer use, then activate this one, or choose a plan with more devices.

Teams

Teams lets you buy Seats and give each one to a person by email. Everyone signs in with their own account, and you can share Cloud points with them. Only a Team admin sees Teams in the Settings sidebar.
  1. Open Settings → Teams. The top shows Seats assigned, Free seats, and Top-up points.
  2. Under Assign a Seat, enter the email the person signs in to Enconvo with, and click Assign.
  3. The Seat shows Pending until they first sign in to Enconvo, then Active.
Their account gets Premium features and lifetime updates on one Mac, and keeps its chats, memory, and knowledge bases private. You see Seats and point totals only. Each member’s Seat actions menu has: Each Seat is one Mac. Click + on a row to let that account, yours included, sign in on more Macs. Add seats buys more.

Sync your Macs

Sync keeps your chats, settings, and knowledge bases the same on every computer signed in to your account. It’s part of Enconvo Cloud plans and lifetime licenses.
  1. Sign in with the same Enconvo account on each computer.
  2. Open Settings → Sync and turn on Sync across computers.
  3. If Enconvo asks where to keep what it syncs, choose your Enconvo account or iCloud. You can change this later under Storage.
  4. Under What syncs, choose what to include.
Passwords and sign-ins never leave the computer. With your Enconvo account as storage, a new computer gets your API keys only after one of your other computers allows it: check that both show the same code, then click Allow. A Backup passphrase lets a computer get your API keys when none of your other computers is at hand. With iCloud, your Macs signed in to the same iCloud get the keys on their own. Sync Now syncs right away, and Your computers lists every computer that syncs. Clear synced data deletes everything synced to your account or iCloud, from every computer. What’s on your computers stays, and Sync turns off on this computer and pauses on the others until you turn it on again.

Points Usage and Usage Statistics

Settings → Points Usage shows your Enconvo Cloud points:
  • Total balance: everything you can spend now. Subscription points are used first.
  • Subscription balance: your monthly or yearly allowance, reset to the plan amount on each renewal.
  • Top-up balance: points from top-up packs and lifetime licenses. They never expire.
  • A daily usage chart by model, and the History of each charge.
Settings → Usage Statistics shows cost, tokens, and requests across every AI provider Enconvo calls, your own keys included. Switch between Cost, Tokens, and Requests, pick 24h, 7d, 30d, or 90d, and break the numbers down by model, provider, or feature. Costs are estimates at the providers’ API list prices.

Invite friends

Settings → Invite Friends gives you an invite link and code. Share them with Copy link or Copy code. When a friend signs up with your invite and then signs in to the Enconvo app on a device that’s new to Enconvo, you each get points. There’s no limit on how many friends you can invite, and signing in on the web doesn’t count. Your invites shows who joined and what you’ve earned. If a friend invited you, enter their code under Got an invite code? and click Redeem.

Redeem a code

  1. Open Settings → Redeem Code.
  2. Paste the code, or the link it came in, and click Continue.
License codes and no-card trials activate on your account right away. A trial that needs a card opens checkout in your browser and shows its renewal terms before you confirm.
